This year’s programme focuses on how regulation, technology, climate change, the broader ESG agenda and evolving stakeholder and societal expectations are shaping the culture of financial services companies, including both the advantages and potential pitfalls of moral capitalism. The programme includes presentations on three significant reports from the FCA, which are due to be published in the run-up to the summit: new guidance on non-financial misconduct, next steps in the reform of the SMCR and the regulator’s new guidance on whistleblowing.
