However, your information will also be stored and transferred outside the EEA (and particularly with our processor Cvent in the USA). Please note that where you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we will keep a record of your email address to ensure we do not send you marketing emails in future.

Photography and Videography

City & Financial Global Ltd (C&F Global) reserves the right to use any photograph(s) and video footage taken at our events. These may be used in our and/or in any third party publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by C&F Global including but not limited to: printed and online publicity, social media, our YouTube channel, brochures, websites and press releases.

Children

Our site is directed at an adult audience and we do not knowingly collect information from or about children.

Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee (where permitted) to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
